Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade — What It Is

Tab Trade opened in Q1 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For a platform this new, the breadth is solid.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MT4 or MT5 before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly in the works. That would make the platform set once it is live.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Suits beginners.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your all-in cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not relevant to most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

The speed is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That says what kind of broker this is.

Pair those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Few brokers in this bracket offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Now, the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But inform your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before funding.
